Comments Thread For: Soto vs Antillon is Set For Latin Fury on December 4

According to Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum, WBC lightweight champion Humberto Soto will make the third defense of his title against Urbano Antillon on December 4 Latin Fury pay-per-view from The Pond in Anaheim, California. Since the loss to Miguel Acosta, Antillon (28-1, 20 KOs) has been rebuilding what was once a bright up and coming career. He won two straight since the loss and a win over Soto (53-7-2, 32 KOs) would put him back in the mix for bigger opportunities. Soto is riding an eight fight win streak, with four of the wins coming by way of knockout.

Dammit, it should of been Rios-Antillon

I still think Antillon can give Soto hell maybe possibly beat him.

Rios can maybe fight Miguel Acosta now.

Soto hasn't been able to handle a lot of pressure well at 135. Antillon is very burnerable so it should be interesting.

When will Miguel Vasquez get his credit?! Outboxed Prescott and Kim! He should fight Rios, would give Rios a real test.
Antillon is good but i will always remember him getting messed up by Valero in sparring.

Im actually against MX vs MX. Mexicans shouldn't be fighting each other.

Yeah right, WAR!!! Best fights are MX vs MX. Not like other people who are against they country men or so called country men fighting each other. At the end of the day I don't care if it was my brother fighting my cousin on tv, im the one paying for it. Soto by UD.

Good fight. I can see and hope that Antillon beats Sotto who has shown no interest in facing anyone good since his loss to Guzman.

I do give credit to Soto for finally stepping up against a young guy at 135.
