Pac says he agreed, Mayweather backed him up in his racist rant... the ONLY reason we've been given for why the fight isn't happening is 'vacation' 'taking a coupla years off from boxing', 'I can't get up for the fight', etc... straight from the horse's mouth. Drug testing had absolutely nothing to do with it, it was a bluff and it was called so your boy went into hiding (and women beating). Manny BLATANTLY called out Floyd to fight in November when Floyd was posing for pics with Don King, as soon as Manny said 'my promoter is waiting, you and King can bring it', then that was the last time you heard about a Floyd-King partnership.
