To the OP, this is how it works. If you haven't trained for a specific opponent, technically, you're not ready for that opponent. If Manny and Floyd decides to fight tomorrow or even a month from now, neither one would be ready. But if you would like to think that it's ducking an opponent by saying that they're not ready, then so be it. In the mean time, enjoy licking Floyd's tip.

he could have trained for 4 months andwould still not be ready for him because manny is use to fighting slower guys with little to no defense
FLoyd is a different beast
I dont think Manny can continue to fight teh same type of fighter and be ready for floyd
