So in that department I think it goes both ways. And about Segura being bigger and what not, point is he made weight. Mexican boxers are known world wide, theres is alot of Mexican boxers out there doesn't mean they're all good. Any prospect in the lower weight division will have about 7 Mexican journey men or tomato cans before they really get tested, ain't no denying that. Mexican lower weight division boxers come a dime a dozen, not all good though. Just like blacks to the NBA they dominate in basketball but doesn't mean when you see a white person as a starter, your going to say oh he owned all the blacks. We all know blacks run the NBA, and for one white to start he has to be better than alot of blacks, but doesn't mean he's better than all blacks. That goes the same for boxings lower weight division, everyone knows who runs the lower weigh division. Mexican boxers are known worldwide over PR boxers, can't tell me im wrong about that.
Dude most people don't even know where PR is on the map, can't find the little dot. But talent wise I think PR produces a lot of good champions we've had like 7 champions at the same time. Mexico is as good we just don't have the quantity but have the quality.

Who can blame Mexico for having so many tomato cans.

        Quality vs Quantity.

Im not saying there isn't quality in PR, but you guys have to realize that these so called quantity champs are beating worthy opponents if it were that easy, your supposedly quality champs wouldnt need to fight tomato cans. Mexico has both quality and quantity, where PR just has some quality. And the ones ojt right now are protected by arum. Truth be told
