The ones you mentioned, plus Bute-Brinkley and Povetkin-TBA, and that's about it.

Usually October has more big fights. It was disappointing that the excellent Froch-Abraham card had to be cancelled.

Burns and Wlad stood out most to me out of those listed. I'll weigh it up and cast a vote later.

Gotta give it to Ricky Burns. Rios win was good but he outweighed his opponent by a good 12-15 lbs on fight nite.

Ricky Burns, Rios a close second.

October will most likely be very disappointing apart from D. Kaovichit vs Luis Concepcion (how come noone mentions this?) and Jorge Linares' must win against Jesus Chavez.

Based on the fights I saw:

                    1. Rios
                    2. Ponce De Leon
                    3. Burns

best 2 cards in October I think are

                      October 15
At Miami, Okla. (Showtime): Antonio Tarver vs. Nagy Aguilera, 10 rounds, heavyweights; Shawn Porter vs. TBA, 10 rounds, welterweights; Kendall Holt vs. TBA, 8 or 10 rounds, welterweights

                      October 24
At Tokyo: Toshiaki Nishioka vs. Rendall Munroe, 12 rounds, for Nishioka's WBC junior featherweight title; Juan Carlos Reveco vs. Roman Gonzalez, 12 rounds, for Reveco's WBA "regular" junior flyweight title; Jorge Linares vs. Jesus Chavez, 10 rounds, lightweights
