I was thinking Rios, Cleverly, Burns, Wlad...

Then I chose Nathan Cleverly because he won every round against a very good opponent.

          Rios
          Burns
          Cleverly

Burns could easily be put up at #1, but because the Rios fight was on HBO and I consider Peterson to be a better opponent than Martinez, I went with him.

Got to be Ricky Burns. He came back from a knockdown in the 1st and completely out boxed the champion.

I dont think Frenkel should be on there. He was losing against macca and only got the KO because of Enzo's glass jaw.

I'll vote Alvarez because of that sick KO of Baldo.

I really enjoyed the Rios the most from all.

                  I went with Ricky Burns

Wlad fought well, so did Sturm, so did Rios etc

But what Rikcy Burns did was sooooooooo gutsy. He deserves it. And his fight with Martinez is prolly frontrunner for FOTY.

Usually October has more big fights. It was disappointing that the excellent Froch-Abraham card had to be cancelled.
That is really dismal. For some strange reason, the networks are afraid to compete with the World Series.
