Not to mention while dropping $50+ a ticket, in addition to hotel, gas, food, other entertainment (e.g., ********).

I have been to a live championship fight (Pavlik-Rubio) and it was awesome. However, that was a partisan and passionate crowd, packed arena, and a fight I would have had to fork over PPV $ to see anyways. I have strong worries that this fight live will be dull because of the lack of crowd/buzz.

Does anyone think its worthwhile going to or am I better off spending the $50 on 3 or 4 months of HBO and watching from home?
Its always better to be at the fights live if you get good tickets. I live about two and a half hours away and i plan on spending a weekend out there in AC. I always have a good time when i go out there especially when there is a good fight.

It honestly doesn't matter how it happened or if Paul Williams wasn't really into the fight, bottom line is it's happening. I can't wait.

There will be a better crowd this time. No, it won't be sold out or anything but it will be better than the first go around. I think you should go. I went to Dirrell/Abraham and that certainly had a smaller crowd(only 5000 people) than this fight will draw and still had a really fun time.

              Really......?

I know that P.W. hasn't been himself as of late, but that will change because he's fighting in a no lose situation. P.W. has more heart than S.M. and that will be the difference. PAVLIK is no PAUL WILLIAMS as you can see by their respective fights. In rematches, P.W. puts on a show. It will be no different against S.M.

Williams camp demanded the fight be at catchweight of 157 pounds. That's bull****!!!

Pav would give Pwill problems..Pwill is not a good boxer, but a volume puncher..Pav is a strong puncher I see Pav KO'ing Pwill..
