No evidence Manny definitley used them. Though Manny is aligned VERY closely with KNOWN cheaters as well as fighting one next.

But even if he is dehydrated for the fight, signs will not show until the middle or later part of the fight, but oscar was losing rounds as early as round 1... So even with a healthy oscar, he will definitely loose on points...
