The CSAC did not suspend him at first, because the CSAC had allowed Margarito to use plaster inserts, casue they all knew Mosley was "juiced-up" with EPO.
The CSAC later suspended Margarito cause Mosleys promoter-Oscar and Shaeffer urged Arnold "Szwartzzanegger" to force the CSAC to suspend Margarito.
afterwards Oscar had Arnorld fire the CSAC officials, and they have all been replaced.
