no kidding. although i would never dream of watching that boring ass fight.

folks are getting all excited, which i can understand for the froch/abraham fight, that should have fireworks....but a boring fight that doesnt even have a venue?

Never in my wildest dreams would I wish for Green-Dirrell to take place over any other fight that can be made in this tournament, but...

It says that Kessler's withdrawal left Green without an opponent, but that Green may or may not still be in the tournament.

Ward and Dirrell were reluctant to fight each other, and now even with a date don't yet have a venue.

Ward is already guaranteed a slot in the semi-finals.

Why not just make Green-Dirrell? Stick it in a casino ballroom, and the winner moves on to the semifinals.

In shaming Ward and Dirrell to fight each other, they will now have to put money in Green's pocket as compensation for not being able to honor their contract, and also most likely give him a date in 2011.

I'd put money down that this changes 2 more times. Hell 3 more times.
Ending with Green fighting Ward again. Dirrell crying. And Froch and AA knocking each other out with illegal blows.
