According to UK paper Daily Mail, unbeaten British puncher Dereck Chisora (14-0, 9KOs) has received an offer to face WBO/IBO/IBF heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (55-3, 49KOs) on December 11 in Germany. Klitschko last fought on September 11, stopping Sam Peter within ten rounds. Chisora fought last weekend, stopping Sam Sexton in nine rounds. It will be interesting to see if a deal can be made. Several other heavyweights, including Jean Marc Mormeck, were approached to fight Klitschko. Chisora has not faced enough experienced opponents on the world stage to present a serious enough threat to Klitschko, but this kind of opportunity might only come once.
