Lmao, people don't understand that every pound loss is not just fat and water, it's also muscle. They don't understand that u don't only lose muscle in one area, u lose all over ur body. U can re-hydrate the next day, but won't replace the muscle u lost. Specifically around the jaw and neck area which messes up ur punch resistance. That's what happened to Roy Jones and Oscar De La Hoya. Ur body gets used to only having to lose a certain amount of weight, than u have to lose more... that more is muscle.
