After Pacquiao takes care of Antonio Margarito, Paul williams will be next in line... That's if Paul gets past Sergio Martinez which I doubt he will. In which case I think Pacquiao will be forced to chase Haye at 154. And at this weight I think Haye will be caught with his pants down. And I mean really "PANTS DOWN"!!!

Williams will not be next in line, he will never fight Manny unless Manny beats Floyd, and nor should he.

Manny will fight Cotto, and every other viable opponent promoted by Top Rank, before he will fight anybody else, including Mayweather.

He wants to fight at 147 because floyd, manny, shane, are there. Its a monetary decision plain and simple. No real money at 154 except Cotto, who likely won't take fight. No money at 160 after Martinez since Pavlik refused to fight.

Remeber this is how Paul earns money. Its his job. You have to go where the money is and its at 147 right now.

Firstly, I got no problem at all with the RedK, because you at least replied and told me why you disagree. I cant understand why somebody would think that I should take them seriously by flicking me a lil red cherry, but not bothering to explain why

Marquez is a career featherweight, and one of the hardest things in boxing is comparing a fighter who fought until past his prime in one weight division, with somebody of a different body-type who cruises up through the divisions, usually out of necessity.

*** the record books, I am an experienced boxing fan, and history is full of " exceptions " to the record books..... Marquez won both those fights

Yes, including the 2nd fight at JLW. I have both fights and have watched them many times, some rounds (in particular 3 from the first fight, and 4 from the second) I have probably watched dozens of times

IMO Manny actually is the second best fighter in the world P4P, but Marquez would beat Manny 9/10 at 126lb, his career weight.

All I was meaning is that the mexican Marquez is clearly a much better fighter technically than Manny, even at 37yo. In his prime, and at his career-long weight..... Manny has little to no chance imo.

Adding in JMM's achievements since leaving 126, the writer is wrong.....

I got Martinez, Bradley, and Pong ahead of Williams, and could probably come up with a couple more.

IMO we saw that Martinez is a better fighter than Williams, in spite of physical disadvantages, and Pong is a great little fighter, no comparision there.

I don't get the Williams hype, is it just me ?

Nah.... the real fact is, that fight went 3 1/2 rounds.. not even remotely enough time to see how that fight would of turned out.

If the Cotto - Margarito fight would have ended after 3 1/2 rounds, it would have seen Cotto getting in Margarito's ass and exposing him...

Is that right....But hey, if IF was a fifth...Right.

So I take it you scored it every round for Williams, like the judges..Well not every judge, but they had Williams winning, and for those few rounds, he wasn't.
