  • Comments Thread For: Khan: After I Beat Maidana, Alexander and Bradley Next

WBA junior welterweight champion Amir Khan says the critics pushed him in the direction of fighting mandatory challenger Marcos Maidana on December 11 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. They said Khan was scared and his chin was made of glass. He wants to shut their mouths in December. Khan will make his Las Vegas debut, following in the recent footsteps of Joe Calzaghe and Ricky Hatton.

I struggle to see how what he said was '****y'. It's called confidence, maybe you should learn about it. You show me a fighter who isnt '****y' and i'll show you a loser!

I wonder why you compared him to Hamed?? Hmmmmmm.......lol

I hope he stays on his bike the whole night, if Maidana catches him with one of his blocks, it is over....

Yeah and you reply to all of the threads where he talks.

                How about you stfu honestly.

You ***** about a man talking, you are no better.

He is a pro boxer, what the hell do you want him to say when he is asked questions? He trains at the wildcard, there's reporters there every damn day.

He is not gonna push them away and not talk and he will say what he feels. Whether he is right or wrong, the man has a voice and can say what he feels.

                douchebag

Man I am liking Amir more and more every day.

I love seeing a fighter who wants to fight the best in the game to prove he's the best. No BS with him, just bring on the next top contender. This is totally out of the norm of what we have seen over the last couple years since De La Hoya left the game.

All the warriors we once had in Oscar, Vargas, Tito, Mosley etc.. have all but left the game or are far past prime and there hasn't been anybody like them willing to fight the best in the game while they're at the top of their game.

Although guys like Cotto, Gatti, etc. were always willing to throw down with anybody but let's be real, those guys just aren't/werent (RIP Arturo) that good.

Khan is going to be great for the sport if he can continue to fight the who's who and continue to win.
