if marketed properly, i can see GBP making him the next face of boxing...his style is fan-friendly and he's got KO power...

Any young fighter with alot of hype is a good thing for Boxing. I havent seen him against anyone with a pulse though, so I cant say how I think he will end up.

great potential, overhyped at the moment, but for a 20 year old hes amazing, he needs 5 fights more increasing the quality of opponents and then we can see, i think he will be fighting 2 or 3 fights a year so in another 2 years we will know if he fulfilled the expectations...

Golden Boy is again trying to build a buzz on a particular fighter.. It happens. Canelo is good.. still early IMO. He'll have to go through a number of top quality fighters to even begin this discussion and beating Old Tata Baldomir doesnt raise his stock all that much. Put him in against a Cotto and see how the kid handles himself.
