I think it's for the best. Miguel needs a rest and Cintron and Vanes really aren't marque matchups. Just because Miguel is established and rich doesn't mean he doesn't want big paydays, he has earned it. I doubt Vanes would have any chance but Cintron would pose a threat and it really isn't worth it, especially if Miguel isn't completely healed or can't get up for the fight due to Cintron having no name in the sport. I think it is a smart more than anything.

good decision by cotto, no need to waste his time with nobody's like cintron and vanes. bring on the rematches with pacgwire and plasterito or a big money fight with floyd. no need for cotto to waste his time with anybody else but those three.

It may of been a loss but they know who really won that fight. I agree with the Ricans as well that Cintron should of won that fight. Even if he jumped out like the rocket man.
