He doesn't even meet the very first requirement to get an i212 started.
also just to clown you some more lets pretend like he could file an i212 for entertainment purposes. He obviously was employed in the united states and in order to do that you have paper work you filled out that states you are a us citizen. Yes you probably seen that little box you check on your mcdonalds application you filled out that asked if you are legally able to work in the usa. That also bans him
Section 221(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act reads:
(ii) FALSELY CLAIMING CITIZENSHIP-
(I) IN GENERAL- Any alien who falsely represents, or has falsely represented, himself or herself to be a citizen of the United States for any purpose or benefit under this Act (including section 274A) or any other Federal or State law is inadmissible.
And.......one more thing that bans him
(C) Aliens unlawfully present after previous immigration violations.-
(i) In general.-Any alien who-
(I) has been unlawfully present in the United States for an aggregate period of more than 1 year, or
(II) has been ordered removed under section 235(b)(1), section 240, or any other provision of law, and who enters or attempts to reenter the United States without being admitted is inadmissible.
any more dumb posts from you?

BTW, how many illegal Canadians and Europeans have been deported recently??? New law any immagrants making 6 figure paydays can't be deported they pay Social Security and Medicare and don't collect. It's just good business until the economy turns around. How did this come out? Was he driving drunk in Arizona hit a curve and drove right into the tent at a Tea Party rally??? LOL
I wish him the best of luck. We should offer Mexico a trade Mayweather for Angulo, that hot Mexican sports reporter, a 2nd and 4th round pick and 2 cases of Coronas and 10 pounds of la hierba mala!!!!

Visas normally have a waiver to a 212 which was what I was talking about like I mentioned earlier I didn't know the exact one. Look seems like you know somewhat of what your talking, but believe me there is no bar for life that I can bet my left nut. Anyway though we ain't going to get anywhere debating in a forum. All im saying is there's no bar for life max is is 20 yrs. And don't be surprised if Perro fights In US again. Now I have a question for you. Do you think el perro wont ever fight in us again?

Since he was deported he MUST let me say this again HE MUST have an i212 waiver approved and an i601 to go with it. The i212 is for admission into the united states after deportation. There is no step around this. An I212 MUST BE APPROVED after deportation. He doesn't even meet the minimal requirements to have one filed for him and if he did it'd be denied because he's now been deported twice. He doesn't even have a parent, wife, or kid thats a legal usa resident to file the petition for him. There's no hardship on anyone with him being deported so why are they going to allow him to come back? An i212 and i601 are hardship waivers and the ONLY waivers available for deportation cases. These waivers are done by the qualifying family member to petition for the deportee to be able to come back to the USA. In the waiver they have to show pages of hardship and evidence of harship that is being caused by the person being deported. and it has to be considered EXTREME hardship. But like I said Angulo doesn't even meet the minimal requirements to have one of these filed for him. It's bad situation for him! He will not fight in the united states again.
