It was a bad thing. You could say he learned to box more and to brawl less or whatever but that loss was damaging, that's something you're supposed to tune during your training camp especially to avoid a loss. If he would've won he would be in line to fight Khan who he would've beat too.

Now, if that morphed him into a better fighter that's other thing, but a beating is a beating, especially when you're being hyped as the next big thing.

This has been a good experience for him! He's young and everyone makes mistakes, he learned it the hard way. Now he knows what it feels like to be mentally broken. In the future he will stick to his guns and be more disciplined with a strategy during a fight.

Just wait until the JWW division truly starts taking off. I have a feeling Ortiz is gonna come out on top. And still, regardless of the opposition, he looked really good in his last fight!

Yeah man, then again, Kellerman is hardly a Boxing expert, this is the same guy who was asking Roy Jones why Cotto was not putting any left hooks to Yuri Foreman's body when he was doing his best impression of Cory Spinks Lol.

The bottom line, for me at least, is that any fighter is capable of quitting one way or another.

I don't hate on Kellerman likes most here but in that fight he was full of ****.

"Clearly Ortiz has heart" and then later he does a 180.
