I think Steward's gonna protect Cotto from any real dangerous fights unless they're huge like Tony or Packy.

He knows Cintron would probably knock Cotto out so he's gonna help Cotto duck him.

Steward knows Cintron would be a very tough fight for Cotto and he would prefer to train Cotto for Vanes or Chavez Jr. I would be rooting for Cotto if he fought Cintron but an upset in that fight wouldnt surprise me at all.

here we go with the upsets again, nobody in their right mind would see cotto losing to cintron as an "upset". margarito beating pacman is an upset , cotto beating any top guy at this point would be an upset not the other way around.cotto looks like and is fighting like crap, he loses to all 3 of those guys and gets stopped by cintron.maybe escapes the others with decision losses. I don't think Cotto would duck him, I think his people are just looking to maneuver him carefully and spend whatever he has left wisely.
