Lots of fools who dont know the law here. The DA always brings the maximum amount of charges and time that they can throw. This begins the chess game between the lawyer and prosecutor. At the end of the day I see Floyd pleading to the taking of the phone charge and getting the rest dropped and doing 50 hours community service as part of his plea deal.

You dont even have to have a lawyer to beat those charges or cop a plea. He'll even if he goes in and pleads guilty to all the charges he wont be doing more than a year. Thats if someone is ****** enough to do that which nobody ever does.

DA/Prosecutors love to slap dumb charges that are dropped later so they have some talking room in negotiations. Mark my words all charges dropped when he pleads to taking a cell phone with some community service and maybe a fine.

It would be funny tho if the judge sentances him to fight pacq. That would be the best ruling in the history of law.

he aint spending 30 years. but floyd has been in trouble before and isnt the most likeable guy. I think hes going to jail, i just dont know how long.
