One thing about this case is if it goes to a full trial with judge and jury, trust me when I tell you it won't be easy for Floyd to walk away scott free. I imagine the prosecutors are going to aim highly towards the Coercion charge considering there was a child (or children) involved along with the kid's own testimony. Anytime a kid is involved, it's really tough to persuade a jury to look at Floyd as the innocent one.

I was thinking prior that he won't do any time, and I sorta still think he won't, but if he's found guilty of Coercion or any of the other felonies, he indeed could do maybe a year or just under. It's gonna be interesting to see how Floyd's attorney defends his case.

LOL now you're exaggerating. If Floyd were to do time, she'd get hit off with a nice chunk before he were to do time, child support gets suspended for the time being (depending on their own agreement), and once he's released it's back to square 1. Keep in mind, he's got kids to take care of. They'll all be taken care of, trust me on that.

i dont think he will do 30 years, but i wouldnt be so sure about him not serving one night. vick and tyson fans thought the same thing and they were WRONG.

Unless the Feds uncover a woman beating ring in Floyds house I think he's pretty safe; and for arguably the best boxer in the world to beat up a woman I think there would be more than minor stratches on her just saying. Like I said before you think they are going to call his kids to testify I think not a 10 year old will freeze up the stand and ruin this whole case its going to be a plea bargain and some communtity service.
