The thing is, most of these charges could likely be plead down or dropped all together. Where he screwed up the most was doing it in front of his son. And, more than likely, the coercion charges are stemming from him threatening his son with bodily harm from seeking help from law enforcement. This will be his biggest problem and I doubt the state will just let it go... not unless the kid flat out says he was lying (which he could do out of guilt).
At any rate, Floyd will have a whole heap of problems to deal with now regarding his children. CPS and all kind of other agencies will get involved regarding any parental rights and such.
