I was on boxing rec ratings (I know they are not the best) but it provided some interesting insight into who may be the best boxing country. I looked at the number of fighters in the top 10 in each division current and of all time and divided it by the population of said country.... this is what happened in terms of ratings:

Thought it would be an interesting question, i know what you mean with hearns but i think he was deadly at 147, if tito didn't go early he could of easily got hearns late or caught him trying to finish the job.
Chinny punchers are so exciting especially ones who can box too when needed

Hearns was a pure hitter with notorious KO power, and so was Trinidad at 147 but he was known to box too, so I would of loved to see them go at it.
