John Ruiz...who lost to Valuev twice(although controversially)
and then got a gift over Valuev.

Holyfield beat Valuev more convincingly than Haye did, so if he had gotten the nod(which he deserved), would that have made him #3?

When Haye falls back on the ropes from a punch, that should have been ruled a knock-down but in the UK they don't follow the rules of boxing.

Apart from Adamek i don't know who else you could have at #3, Haye and Adamek are clearly the best HW's behind the Klits.

I get everyones point that there really isnt anyone else that can undeniably be rated above Haye, and because of that I agree with yall, but...

its almost mind boggling to think that his best win at Heavyweight was over Valuev, which many people thoguht he lost.

I mean...you could make an easy case for ancient Holyfield being #3, seeing as he deserved the decision over Valuev while Haye, the current #3, probably didnt.
          just...weird to think.

He might not have the 3rd best heavyweight resume, and he hasnt campaigned at that weight, but the division is poor anyway. So they put him where they think he should be ability wise.

Haye has only had 3 fights at HW. Give the guy a break.

He has had 4, Bonin, Barret, Valuv and Ruiz...You failed! And aren't you british and you didn't even know this? And I've seen every fight of Haye's at heavyweight and I was following him when he fought at cruiserweight and saw him fight Enzo, and Mormeck.
