yes yes....if mayweather was a heavyweight, how would he cope with the pressure of a prime mike tyson?? just lately guys have been fighting alot off the backfoot and really boxing and coming out on top against the pressure fighters, but marg against cotto and rios this weekend against peterson to name a few proves the tides are turning! you can have the best defence in the world, but sometimes attack is the best form of defence!

We all know Muerta-Legs Maidana has only got a punchers chance I mean Legs of Stone don't stand a chance with a dancer like Khan.

Best he has a is a puncher's chance. Its still a chance but it ain't a boxer's chance that's for sure.

Where was Khan's dancing when Prescott obliterated him in under a minute? Khan has the worst chin in boxing and Maidana is one of the hardest hitters in boxing. Unless Khan has developed a defence as good as Mayweather's he is doomed. He is going to get hit at some point, even feather fists Malignaggi bust Khan's face up. Ever felt shaky after school?

Maidana ain't that fast though. If you're a pressure fighter you need that speed. Marcos ain't got that speed.

He knows how to cut off the ring, and always finds a way to get some of his punches home. He is surprisingly accurate for someone with such looping punches. He has a good workrate. He has incredible heart and resilience. When he's fully fit, he has great stamina. He will certainly seriously test Khan - who wilted in the last 2 rounds against Kotelnik - in the late rounds. He has much more than a puncher's chance.

Khan should be the favourite to win, but certainly not the odds-on favourite. It's a very dangerous fight for him, and will tell us whether or not he has what it takes to become an elite fighter, rather than just a paper champion.
