Are you saying bernard was at the same level skillwise as roy was at that time? Come on bro, while Roy was fighting the best boxers in the world and being in the Olympics hopkins was serving time in prison. Hopkins wasn't there yet and still wasn't prime for a couple years after the jones fight (I'm sure he learned a lot from that fight)
