Why do you feel prison is the best option? Is PBF going to get the mental help you feel he needs in prison? If not what is sitting around more than likely real criminal minded people going to do for him? If you feel PBF should go to prison just for the punishment aspect without regards to getting help for his so called problems then I can see where you are going with your stance. I don't agree but I see where you are coming from.

People need to realize prison in America has long ago moved away from rehabilitation so that is the reason a overwhelming majority of people who go to prison come out worse than when they went in.

what it all comes down to is did floyd mayweather hit, strike, beat or harm josie harris physically that night and did he take her iphone...

here is what we do know

1) she had to call the police 2 times that night, first time at 2 am, mayweather was asked to leave and he left, then sometime after 5 am josie harris called the police again and was taken to the hospital and had photos taken of "minor injuries"

2) floyd's own son said that he saw floyd beating up his mom

this is a open and shut case for felony domestic violence aka battery

now onto the 2nd felony, grand larceny

1) josie has a reciept on her bank of america debit card proving that she bought the iphone. where she got the money i dont know but it is known that she used to be a stripper or a dancer in vegas, its not like shes never had a job before

2) josie's friend gloria got a call from mayweather when she was at the hospital checking on josie and mayweather said that he had josies phone, all they need to do is check to see if mayweather did in fact call gloria that morning and its a wrap for mayweather

these are both FELONIES, floyd WILL do jail time, these are both CRIMINAL cases so these is no outside settlement because if the state wants to prosecute they CAN and WILL

floyd is used to living like a king and being surrounded by yes men. i agree than prison alone isnt going to solve his problems but its a step in the right direction. he should attend professional counseling as well but one step at a time.
