Everything in America comes down to money. I can care less if PBF is guilty **** just don't matter to me. I do know that PBF has enough money to get whatever charges reduced enough to where he does not go to prison. I'm sorry if T.I. for all his previous charges can get a 1yr and day for the **** he got caught with on Federal charges. I don't see why PBF can't walk with a fine and some years on probation for this dealing with only state charges!!!!Comment

Because a boxer's hands are considered deadly weapons, dude! Plus, it doesn't matter, the state can file a civil suit against Floyd even if Josie doesn't testify. Remember, Plaxico shot himself, 3 years in jail, Michael Vick killed some dogs, 2 years in jail. Both of those don't equal beating a woman!

ppl say that but thats not at all how the law goes. i knoin new york, there is a higher standard for martial artists and boxers, etc. But basically the courts here look at these ppl as experts who are trained to hurt ppl. that doesnt make their hands weapons tho...i dunno why ppl think that **** they see on tv is true.Because a boxer's hands are considered deadly weapons, dude!
