I say throw the book at the dude obviously he wont get the max sentence but i think he needs it. The guy obviously has some problems. this makes me think she lied to keep him out of trouble last time. This is beyond dissappointing...Beating a woman in any circumstance is trifling and cowardly but to beat her in front of your kids unforgivable.
