This is clearly a misdemeanor case, Floyd will likely get a fine and will have to attend anger management classes. Jail is ridiculous to even suggest.

He breaks into her place while she was sleeping and beats her up while their children are watching and threatens his children if they call the cops and you think the suggestion of a jail term is ridiculous? What world do you come from?

True that. but then again, Paris was a repeat offender, Martha Stewart, well it was the feds who were after her, and Mike ****d someone. All high-profile.

For Floyd's case to flourish, it has to get more mainstream media coverage. Maybe some advocacy group or something against violence against women would serve as a catalyst.
