Personally I'd go with Barrera but there is an argument to say Morales as he has beaten them both and neither of the others have. Pac is definately the worst.

Well you have Pacman who destroyed MAB and the only to fight Marquez in a DRAW (but SHOULD have won if that judge scored it correctly.

You have MAB who beat Morales twice, but lost to Pacman and never faced Marquez, yet schooled Hamed.

You have Morales who never faced Marquez or Hamed but beat Pacman and beat MAB once.

it is tough, but I would favor Morales for holding a victory over Pacman and MAB and his consistency when not fighting either of the two...
