Morales, Pacquiao, Barrera...who's the best?

I like Morales... well really I like all the three mentioned.. but Morales fights to his level of competition which sometimes leads to boring fights. For example when he fought Paulie Ayala he could have KO'd him by picking up the action just a little bit. Same opponent, Paulie, only this time fighting Barrera and Ayala gets KTFO. For that reason I have Pac and Barrera slightly over Morales. It's just that slight killer instinct that is missing from Morales. To be honest he looks like he has pity on his opponents and lets them off the hook sometimes.
