It's HOW you beat them. Morales' wins were close decisions. Pac's wins were total destructions.

Case and point, if Morales lost last Saturday through a close decision, he still would've been top10 P4P by the Ring Magazine and Pac wouldn't have surpassed Barrera for the #3 spot.

if morales and barrera were to retire tomorrow, they would BOTH be better than pacman, they have achieved a lot more than pacman, perhaps when pacmans career is over, he might surpass them, but right now, there is no way that pacman would get into the hall of fame ahead of morales and barrera if they were to all retire tomorrow.
