the only charge that's not hearsay is the phone being taken. I'm sorry, but i find it very hard to believe that a pro boxer can punch and kick a woman in the face repeatedly and only cause minor injuries, but that's just me.

The most telling thing is his kids being home alone at 2 am while his ex is out getting drunk or ****ing some guy, then being passed out on the couch later on. not very responsible and not a very reliable witness, again just my opinion.

how do you know the mother didn't brainwash the kids? it's a possibility. i want to see what happens when the actual facts come out in the court case & NOTHING MORE. to say that he is 100% guilty when the court case hasn't even started yet it ludacris & bias.

yah you are right on this one...even if floydies ex drops the case, the STATE will push forward for criminal charges...especially DOMESTIC type charges (ie, battery/physical abuse)
