Why not arrested Mayweather, and make him pay a $50,000 bail.

Matt Barnes allegedly beat his wife, he got charged and had to pay $50,000 bail.
Chris Brown beat his Rihanna, he got charged and had to pay $50,000 bail.
But Floyd Mayweather allegedly beat Josie Harris, and he doesn’t get charged and basically walks...

But yet, LVPD is dragging their feet?
What could be their reasoning for this inaction?
Maybe it's doubt?
Maybe they don’t want to charged the tax payers on funding an Prosecution
With a client who's credibility and story would surely get destroyed in a court of law.
