I call bull****. And I am NO Floyd fan. But it don't smell right. The detective investigating this case had the discretion to file a battery charge against him. He only charged him with grand larceny. They "recommended" the DA charge him with domestic battery because it was obvious they didnt feel they had enough evidence to charge him. The child probably saw Floyd and his mom tussling (him taking the cell phone and her trying to get it back from him which will make a black woman LOSE IT), heard her say go call the police, and he did it. If the police interviewed her, and witnesses, and they all say the same thing, they would have charged him. But no witnesses saw him striking her and the injuries were probably from him keeping her off him.
Think about it. They charged him with Grand Larceny. He wasn't even charged with breaking and entering cause it is obvious he has access to the house (he owns it and has a key). He was there when she got back from bowling with a friend. And if that occured and the friend was involved in a possible assault, he would have been charged too. As MUCH as I don't like Floyd, he gets charged with the grand larceny and thats it.

Hahaha Man and that's what we know about. I was one of those guys who said that the former stripper was not being honest. Now, I'm inclined by her story because of the number of possible suspects. All in all, who cares? If he goes to prison so what? nothing of real value was lost and if he doesn't at least we can expect to see who he fights next.Comment
