Just making a point regarding Haye and Wlad!

Haye has only has 25 fights. In that time he has unified the crusierweight titles, and became a HW Champion in only his second fight at the weight.

In Wladimir Klitschko's 26 fight, one fight after losing by KO to Ross Purity (24-13) he fought Zoran Vujecic (14-0).

The experience gap between these two fighters is huge. Haye should man up and fight Wlad, but maybe he just isn't ready yet?

He claims he is retiring NEXT YEAR. How is he not ready?

Haye is just being a little be to wary at the moment. I fancy Hayemakers chance against Vladimar. He needs to man up and believe in himself more, I think has the tools to do some serious damage.

He also said that retiring when he is 30 was a premature decision made when he was 19. I think he will carry on for a couple years longer than that.

          Lets compare resumes:

          Wladimir Klitschko:

          - Wlad is the most dominant fighter in the world

          - Has cleaned out the HW division

          - IBF/WBO/IBO/RING Unified heavyweight champion of the world

          - Olympic Gold Medalist

          - 49 KOs in 55 wins

          - Has made 16 dominant world title defences

          - Has defeated 8 world heavyweight champions:

          Chris Byrd I (31-1)
          Chris Byrd II (39-2)
          Sam Peter I (24-0)
          Sam Peter II (34-3)
          Ruslan Chagaev (25-0)
          Sultan Ibragimov (22-0)
          Lamon Brewster (33-3)
          Hasim Rahman (45-5)
          Francois Botha (44-3)
          Ray Mercer (30-4)

          - has defeated tons of top contenders:

          Eddie Chambers (35-1)
          Calvin Brock (29-0)
          Tony Thompson (31-1)
          Jameel McCline (28-2)
          Monte Barrett (23-0)
          Ray Austin (24-3)
          DaVarryl Williamson (20-2)
          Axel Schulz (26-3)
          Derrick Jefferson (23-2)
          Charles Shufford (17-1)
          Eliseo Castillo (18-0)
          etc....

          David "The Coward" Gaye:

          - old shot Mormeck, who was coming off a KO loss to O'Neil Bell

          - glass chinned bum Maccarinelli, who was KTFO by Lebedev, feather fisted Afolabi and tomato can Lee Swaby

          - old shot Barrett, who was coming off a 2nd round KO loss to tomato can Cliff "21 losses" Couser

          - controversial gift decision against old shot Valuev, who was coming off a loss to 90 year old shot Holyfield

          - old shot Ruiz, who has 9 losses and hasn't beaten anybody with a pulse since 2004

Haye is just a paper champion. Wlad destroyed the REAL WBA HW Champ Ruslan Chagaev, who clearly beat Valuev in impressive fashion.

Wlad is the rightful WBA Heavyweight champ.

Thank you for backing up my point.

Wladimir has had double the amount of knockouts as Haye has had wins. He is a vastly more experienced fighter. Haye didn't look too good against Ruiz when he last fought. Maybe he needs a couple more fights under his belt before he takes on a Klitschko. I know he ran his mouth a lot, and talked himself into the fight, but hey that's boxing. Let's hope he fights Wlad after Harrison.

That's no fault but his own. If he doesn't think he's ready and needs more experience then shouldn't he...you know...fight more often? While his accomplishments are impressive, being at the right place at the right time has as much to do with it as his talent and abilities. He unified cruiserweight in 2 fights, but didn't defend if I'm not mistaken. Instead he went up to HW where he was fortunate enough to get a shot at Valuev's title.

If you think running from your opponent in a fight is entertaining then you must be a fan of track.
