It was a sloppy fight for gamboa little dirty tatics but he deserved the win salido has a akward style too much holding on both sides the fight wasnt exciting like i thought gamboa loses points he isnt that impressive against good comp

Gamboa will get picked apart against the elite fighters!!! Gamboa is fast but doesnt have the heart to stay in the trenches even with a slow non technical fighter and will get picked apart by a sounded techincal fighter. If he had the heart to stay in the box and **** with salido with Gamboa skills this fight would be over in 4 instead a dull 12 rounds!!

Salido is a rock his pressure actually started to slow Gamboa down at one point. Juanma can't take pressure either, Mtgawa almost knocked him out doing the same thing. I think Juanma vs Gamboa is a toss up. Neither can take a punch that well and both can be hit.

Also anyone notice Gamboa drinking gatorade? I thought water was all that was permitted in the corners? He was obviously fading till he took a swig of that ish.

it was a very sloppy fight by gamboa i think at this point in his carreer he shouldnt be this sloppy on the other hand i really liked the Rios fight i like how he fights by far better than the gamboa fight

Props to Rios on a good win!! I always seen Peterson as a well disciplined fighter with very good skills, but tonight all that went out the window!!! Peterson fought the wrong fight, he was fighting Rios fight..& Peterson was not listening to his corner at all!!!! & ¿What the hell is that B U L L S H I T that Peterson has to watch the tape to see if he REALLY HIT LOW? Peterson doesn't need to watch S H I T, what he needs to do is to start using that jab & move around & box!! In 1 of those low blows HE ALMOST HIT RIOS ON HIS KNEE!! Rios was just giving Peterson a real good beating & Peterson didn't even hurt Rios at all!! & besides beating Peterson, Rios did a GREAT JOB at calling out "La Zorrita" Soto & a even better job at TELLING HIM TO STOP HAND PICKING HIS OPPONENTS & FIGHT THE REAL CONTENDERS!!!! What I want to know is why the *** didn't that Puerto Rican Referee Joe Cortez disqualify Gamboa for hitting Salido behind the head when he was down? He disqualified Soto for a glancing blow that did not touch when he fought Lorenzo. He is a racist and is a biased piece of ****. He should not be refereeing any fights.

Pretty pissed they didn't air the Korobov right, but I see he won, as expected. He is the future afterall.

EXTREMELY, disappointed at Peterson, wow, that was pathetic. I had so much hope in him. He def showed he does not have the heart of a champion.

The reason all hype "La Zorrita" Soto got DQ'd against Lorenzo was because Lorenzo claimed he couldn't continue after the illegal blow(very bad acting by Lorenzo) but the rules are if a fighter gets hit with a rabbit punch & get's knocked down & CAN'T CONTINUE the fighter that inflickted the illegal blow get's DQ'd..Nothing racial, HE JUST FOLLOWING THE RULES!!! Mexican Efren Hinojosa did the same act against when Boricua José Reyes landed a shot behind the head & Reyes also got DQ'd... Hinojosa was fine while he was sitting on the canvas yelling insults at Reyes & all of a sudden when the ref asked him if he wanted to continue, Hinojosa said no & just laid back & HAD TO BE TAKEN OUT WITH A STRETCHER!!! Another very bad act that worked!!!

Korobov is nowhere near a top middlewght yet, he him self knows this and his handlers know this also, a top middlewght takes out this opponent before eight. Gamboa is not the superstar fighter either, to many holes in his defence. props to Rios manhandling Peterson, AP couldn't pull off what the trainer wanted because a fighter can't do what was not givin in training, tuff inside fighting would have prepared him to box more effictively and deal with it. Rio's ,Gamboa, and salido all walked in the ring bigger than Peterson. The coach was the wrong driver for this corrvette in this race.

sometimes it's easy to say a fighter lost because he didn't follow with his plan to box the opponent,but it's just like rios said,he said peterson didn't hit that hard so he pressured more and went to the body and probably thats why peterson didn't use his jab a lot because he was protecting his body,,,,,we can't always blame the loser on not following his game plan,but give credit to the winner for not allowing the loser use his gameplan
