Poor Oscar, I have no proof but I think Oscar may have fought more steroid freaks than any other fighter. His popularity in the 90s, early 2000s was at a time when steroids were being used heavily and going undetected. Considering he was the biggest name and biggest payday I wouldnt be surprised if many of his opponents sought an unfair advantage. We know Mosley and Vargas cheated against him, we can only wonder who else. It is ironic how he loss all his biggest fights and some guys where able to get these energy burst late while he faded. Even his last fight vs Pacquiao may have had some illegal activity happening. Respect to Oscar for not making excuses even when the evidence is out there.
