Poor Oscar, I have no proof but I think Oscar may have fought more steroid freaks than any other fighter. His popularity in the 90s, early 2000s was at a time when steroids were being used heavily and going undetected. Considering he was the biggest name and biggest payday I wouldnt be surprised if many of his opponents sought an unfair advantage.
