They're all scared of Soto.
Just look at Rios. He was calling out Soto, knowing that Soto is gonna fight next week, and know Rios wants to fight Acosta.

If Rios wants to fight Soto, then have him wait till after next week, and ARum will gladly make the fight, since he promotes both.
But you'll see, Rios will chicken-out, just like the others did, and take a safer route, of avoiding Soto.

Becasue the WBC always has the toughest fighters, and Rios is staying away from the WBC.

Rios is not even in the WBC's rankings.

I give him credit for his win against Peterson, and for being a good contender.

But, when he's calling out champions like Marquez and Soto, that are in other alphabet groups (WBO, WBC), and he's in the WBA, he needs to go to those other organizations and work his way up the rankings, by going through the "gatekeepers", just like Marquez, Soto, Barrera, and all fighters do.

He needs to earn his spot, not make the champions come to him, He needs to go to them.
