Peterson avoided shot at World Title (held by Soto) to fight an "elimination bout"?

Anthony Peterson turned down a shot at the world title (held by Soto), to fight…. an “elimination bout”……..go figure???

Soto has been willing to defend his WBC 135lbs World Title against the #1 contender-Anthony Peterson, and Peterson turned down a World Title shot, and runs to a different alphabet group (WBA) for an elimination bout against Brandon Rios, this Sat.

But Peterson isn’t the only one that DUCKED Soto.
Pacman has DUCKED Soto for over 3 years.
Jorge Linares, Robert Guerrero, have stayed away from Soto.
JMM also has been ducking Soto too, and MAB, and EM.

This is why Soto fights c-level fighters, cause all the big names contenders/champions are SCARED to fight him.

I expect Brandon to beat him. but his performance against Cruz was a good win.

I think its a good fight, but Peterson would barely get a decision.

Brandon is a tough brawler, but he's not ringsmart.
Peterson is more clever in the ring.
This is why Peterson opted to fight Rios than Soto, cause he knows Soto is a crafty technician in the ring, and Peterson knows, that he wouldn't be able to outbox, outsmart, and outpunch Soto.

Soto is just too strong and would KO Peterson, had they fought.

of course i saw the fight.

Obviusly, you couldn't see what Soto "really did".

Soto faked his performance and took David Diaz to a boring lackluster performance for 2 reasons:
          1) Arum instructed Soto to not end the fght early, so that the main event(pac-clottey) starts at the scheduled time, or else the crowd would wait over 1/2 hour till the main event starts.
          2) Soto doesn't want to scare future proposed into not fighting him, given the fact that every big name fighter like Pacman, JMM, MAB, Linares, etc, have all DUCKED Soto.

If you saw the 1st round clearly, you'd see that Soto dropped David , then Soto stopped punching. Soto allowed Diaz to survive to go the distance on purpose.

It's gonna happen maybe next year. Soto's victory over Dominguez was good, but i was not shockingly impressed. Soto's style is all wrong for him, but at the same time Peterson will give him all he can handle. Who knew that Segura would of defeated Calderon the way he did?

Soto did a similar thing with that canadian fighter Benoit gaudet.
Soto dropped him in the 1st round but allowed him survive for 2 reasons:

                  1) Arum instructed Soto to not end the fght early, so that the main event(pac-hatton) starts at the scheduled time, or else the crowd would wait over 1/2 hour till the main event starts, and get bored.
                  2) Soto doesn't want to scare future proposed opponents, into not fighting him, given the fact that every big name fighter like Pacman, JMM, MAB, Linares, Robert Guerrero, etc, have all DUCKED Soto, because EVERYONE is SCARED of HUMBERTO SOTO (except c & d level boxers).

Soto also faked his performance wins against Ricardo Dominguez and Jesus Chavez, cause Soto could've KO'd both in the first round but didn't, so that he doesn;t scare off future opponents.

Some fighters fake their performace wins.

Like Holyfield did against Larry Donald.
Kiltshcko against Eddie Chambers, is another.
