It will be a really good action fight. Why? because I feel it will be fought mostly on the inside, each fighter basically taking turns opening up.

Peterson will jab when they are on the outside and when Rios closes the distance to get inside, he will get in his shell and try to counter off whatever Rios is does. Rios has a pretty good counter left hook and has some pretty good power and body work.

If Rios can either wear down and/or hurt Peterson, he will win the fight. If he can't, it'll be because Peterson's defense, counter combos, and conditioning were too much.
Can this be any more spot on? Green K worthy post right here.

lol Yeah that was a good call.

I thought everyone was saying that Anthony was the better brother? And I've seen Rios go to war with some lesser quality guys, so I didn't even know how this fight was gonna turn out. But you nailed it

Appreciate it man, I always thought Lamont was better, he's superior to Anthony in everything except power and physical advantages for their division.

I knew it was going to be a war because I envisioned how their styles would clash. I knew Rios was going to bring the heat because I've seen him chop a few fighters down quick before. And I knew Peterson's style and mentality wouldn't let him stay out of a war.

It was just on who was better conditioned and who could take who's punches better. It was too close to pick for me. Trust me, Peterson would've backed up any other lightweight from the kind of punches he was landing, but Rios' strength, conditioning, and toughness proved to be too much. That and then Rios' offense sealed the deal in breaking his will and making him foul out.
