resto also said he didn't know what happened with the gloves in the same dcumentary. Resto says alot of stuff. Based on texas logic or premise...if margarito can get a license so should panama.

I guess this opens a door for all fighters to cheat once, because you'll get a second chance in Texas. Luis Resto and Panama Lewis should go together. I'd like to see Resto vs Margarito with the promo titled "Get Plastered!"
