Is Floyd Mayweather Past His Prime?

I'd say he's just about done being in his prime, one or two fights and he'll call it quits for good.Comment

*****s got their excuses ready when Pacquiao beats the **** out of Fraud! NO excuses from me, may the best man win. If Fraud even has the balls to sign the contract.Comment

Nah, he's been past his prime for years. His prime was at 130-135. He's still good enough to beat anyone at 140, 147, and 154.Comment

Now I just don't see this, He could mash Marquez's face in all 12 rounds and I don't think he'd spark out Marquez, he could have stopped him for sure but he wouldn't legitimately knock out Marquez. Marquez may be a few weightclasses smaller than Mayweather but he isn't an easy man to put out.
if you believe this, you are delusional.
i suggest you go look at the power hes putting into his punches against shane and see hes not putting in half that against JMM
or are you going to tell me that JMM is stronger and has a better chin than shane?Comment

simply put......YES. He has been declining physically in terms of speed (footspeed more than hand) and reflexes since the Baldomir fight IMHO. Some posters say after the ODLH fight.
Mentally he appears to be sharper than ever.....i think the manner in which he trained for Mosley is testament to that. He had a training session on the Thur night before the fight (on Saturday).Comment

He's definitely slowed down. Compare his hand speed and foot speed in the Judah fight with his most recent fights. He's made some technical improvements like pumping his jab more and relying less on speed based moves.Comment

He's lost one round in 24 rounds of boxing, I don't think he's ever had good of a streak. I don't think he'll get better but he isn't worse than he ever was so I guess that means he's still in his prime. Oh, and if he isn't he has no one to blame but himself, ducking and dodging as flawlessly as he does in the ring.Comment
