            hard to say. Hes gotten slower over the years, but every fighter that gains weight gets slower, regardless of prime.

            I would say hes overall slightly past his best, but its such a low drop that its nothing worth noting.

                no hes peaked but hes not past his prime. the idiots that just quack what roach said and that his legs are gone are bafoons. the guy acyually does care to some degree what the public thinks about him, and that was those idiots that called his ring generalship, footwork, and counter punching "running" he proved that summarily wrong by staying in the pocket with the hardest hitting welterweight at this time sugar shane mosley. which, those same dumbasses, and i cant stress how incredibly ****** they are, discredited in blatant disregard for facts and logic, because of pure hatred and some deranged, convoluted belief in a certain boxers divinity.
