It is, cause not only is there NO evidence to question whether he is on roids, there are more than enough people/fighters out there, who, irrespective of whether he was on roids or not, would still fight him, they would certainly feel him doing commission tests AND! OST to a certain point, are sufficient, it would significantly lessen any chance, a chance MANY are/would STILL be prepared to take if he were on them or not, now you can come with this, if you already have this, that and the other in the bank, but listen, anyone can do with an extra 50 mil in the bank, particularly a guy with a moniker like "Money Mayweather" who throws money around like confetti.

Mayweather does not need to feel apprehensive about PHD because there is no evidence to suggest he should, which is why OST is not needed, having said that, would any other fighters/fans consider taking the fight without OST, and ALLOW, not take a chance that he might, but ALLOW! him to take them in the knowledge they will make 50mil? now despite me asking that question, Pac has agreed to bend to it when he does not need to, and its no where near that severe, for a start he has never taken roids, well there is no evidence to suggest that, plus, he IS willing to do the OST to a point, he is also willing to do commision tests.

Me to, so why is'nt Floyd Mayweather fighting him, when he has never even been found guilty of it, when he has said he will do the commission tests, and despite no evidence to suggest its a necessity of him, he will also do OST to a point.

Only conclusion i can come to, he is apprehensive, thinks he will win but is not so sure, so needs to make baseless claims to save face, or to try and get a mental advantage in the fight, either way, it makes him look like a ****.

It's pretty funny. When you were a child, and scared to get a shot or injection, what did they give you so that you'd go through with it, a lolipop or a sugar cube.

I don't think Mayweather would fight Manny no matter what. 50 million does not buy an unbeaten record. But I think he would rather fight Erik Morales or Gerry Penalosa for 2 million.
