IBF I/C cruiserweight champ Yoan Pablo Hernandez will again defend the title against stablemate Enad Licina on October 2 in Monte Carlo on the undercard to Abraham vs Froch. Hernandez vs Licina is also a final IBF eliminator with the winner to fight champ Steve Cunningham in what is likely to be a part of the Super Six tournament at cruiserweight. All three fighters are promoted by Sauerland Event. [Click Here To Read More]

ZBIK???????? I tought UBP doesnt want to let Golovkin near Zbik and Zbik wants to fight Sturm now...this gonne be interesting.

but why should Zbik risk his WBC interims title for Golvokins WBA interims title?
well, Felix is the WBA champ and they will force him to fight his mandie, but no way Zbik can beat Golvokin without getting KTFO.

Golovkin vs Zbik would be a nice addition to the Pacquiao-Margarito card!

yeah but I doubt the offer will be accepted by Zbik's camp, I mean $128K is a bit low to be for a title or title eliminator

Lol, Pirog fought for $50,000 for vacant title on HBO PPV televised undercard and was happy about it, Bika and Mendy made $15,000 each for title eliminator, so I guess $128,000 is nice offer.

Not if you are earning around $250k for defending your ABC interim strap against nobodies...

Zbik would not fight Golovkin for $1 million. Or $2 million. Universum knows Golovkin would KO Zbik. Instead, Zbik will continue making decent money "winning" decisions over pathetic opposition at home as the "interim" champion. No way in the world Zbik gets in the ring with Golovkin, any more than Sylvester gets in the ring with Golovkin, or Pirog for that matter

I don't think Zbik's team will let him fight Golovkin for 100,000 euro's. I'd love to see the match-up, and i'm sure Golovkin could stop him late on...but would Zbik's camp risk such a fight for his 'interim' with the WBC?

I wouldn't be suprised if he makes near that amount fighting the comptition he does anyway
