I would say no one can beat Manny Pacquiao at 135 to 140 lbs no matter who you name for. Even all the legends no one can beat him at that weight class. 147 maybe or maybe not.

I would say two people could beat Pac at 135 or 140. Lightweight prime Roberto Duran and yes Floyd Mayweather jr. You need to look up some old fights of theirs before you make such a bizaare statement. Even Freddy Roach thinks Duran beats Pac at 140 lol.

Besides Pac only had 1 fight against a nobody in David Diaz at 135 and 1 fight at 140 against a guy who was already knocked out by Floyd Mayweather in Ricky Hatton.
