I'll explain it for ya kiddo. None of those guys has been through what Roy has been through. That's the point. If anyone can come back from what Roy's body/mind has gone through, it's Roy.

Corrales didn't come back at all and he didn't lose any muscle nor is he old at all, he is still in his prime. Same goes for the rest. Spinks has no punch.

Just for the sake of voting I chose Tarver. This is a 50/50 fight and there should be no clear favorite. I only lean towards Tarver because of his activity level in the last fight against Johnson. If he fights like that, then he will end up catching RJJ at some point in the fight.

Minus all the weight, inactivity, and reflexes issues...Jones still has a chance to win this fight no matter what people think. Even a 70% Roy still has the skill to beat anyone around, and lets not forget he isint dead yet.

To be perfectly honest though......NOBODY is going to beat Tarver if he fights at the pace he did last time. Just look at what he does to people in rematches when he is motivated..

Harding fight = complete inactivity
Jones 1 = complete inactivity
Johnson 1 = complete inactivity

Harding 2 = Stalker and active
Jones 2 = Stalker
Johnson 2 = More active and traded more.

That **** is no game son. He lets his hands go....he wins. If he tries to ONLY stalk Roy and land a big shot.....Roy wins.

In all honesty I think Manny Steward said it best when he made the comment that Tarver would give Roy problems at any stage in his career. Tarver has an excellent defense and a pretty solid chin. But most of all, like Roy, he's a natural counter-puncher.

I lean towards Tarver in the 3rd fight. At this point in their careers I just think Antonio is the better fighter and his style is kryptonite for Roy. Especially the 2005 Roy.

I do give Roy all the respect in the world for coming back to take this fight but I'm not sure I really want him to.
